Courtney Davies - Agency Owner

Courtney founded Davies Insurance Services in 2019 with the aim of educating clients on their options for managing risk throughout all stages of life.  Her mission is to provide exceptional products, strategies, and services to protect and enhance her clients’ financial lives.   
 
Previous to starting Davies Insurance Services, Courtney worked in Private Wealth Management, and for one of the world’s largest Hedge Funds, where she gained invaluable financial services experience.  With over 20 years of financial services experience, Courtney founded Davies Insurance ​Services in 2019 when she left Corporate American to follow her dream of starting her own company.  Over the last several years, Courtney has partnered with over 30 A-rated carriers to provide her clients with the best product offerings on the market today.  Courtney has assembled a team of experienced Case Managers, Underwriting Specialists, and Product Experts, that provide her with the resources and depth of support to exceptionally serve her clients’ needs.

Courtney grew up in Connecticut where she graduated with a B.A. in marketing and communications from the University of Connecticut.  Go Huskies! After spending several years in the Sports Marketing industry, she pivoted to marketing for the financial services industry, where she found her passion for learning creative strategies to leverage money and create wealth. In 2016, she left the snow for the sand and relocated to Charleston, SC with her husband and children where she currently resides.  When not serving her clients or working on her business, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and their two Australian Shepherds, Ozzy and Sunny and 20+ year-old cat, OJ.  Courtney has a passion for travel, loves to watch her kids play sports, and has an affinity for anything near or on the water.
